Get the manager of a user using Power Automate

Often times I’ve heard the need to get the manager of a user for various reasons – seek approval, alert an expiring action, general notification, etc. In SharePoint, we would use a 2010 SharePoint Designer workflow because there was an action in there to do this automatically, connecting to the User Profile service. Since 2010 workflows are no longer available, and this isn’t easily available in a 2013 workflow (and those are going away after June 2026), this needs to be available in Power Automate. And it is!
