This was driving me nuts for a few days, and unfortunately there’s very little documentation online on .Net MAUI…I’m hoping because it’s still relatively new. Don’t get me started on how frustrating both .Net MAUI and Xamarin can be…I’m sure you already know.

What a day! I set out to spend as much time as I could today fishing. Weather was clear and crisp in the morning but expected to be 80° for a high. Full moon with a lunar eclipse wrapping up right before I left, water temperature the same as the air temperature, should be a great day!

New personal record!

New personal record!

The weather is starting to get colder, which means the water temperature is cooling down. Catfish are supposed to hibernate when water temps dip below 61°. Knowing this I still try, but figured between this fact and today is a low Solunar day, I’d start out going for Carp.

Today was the first day of the season where the highs/lows were actually seasonal. 57° overnight low, 70° high. Beautiful! Although catfish are supposed to slow down and effectively hibernate when water temps drop below 61°, I’ve caught them in October before, even November, so I figured I’d give it a shot.
